I started using the oil as soon as I got it. It’s been about 4-5 days and it definitely helped to reduce inflammation and pain in an HS flare I was having. I was close to making an appointment with my dermatologist but this truly has been helping. I use it at night after my shower.

My husband bought this for me to try. I have had two in my armpits for years. The last flare up lasted two years. I couldn’t sleep or put my arms down. It hurt so bad. He thought we should give this a try. Let me tell you this is the best remedy ever! Those flare up’s have been gone for two months now. I don’t use it everyday but once you start to feel one starting to flare up I will out the oil on. In between my legs my stomach anywhere that I start to get one. And it will disappear. I haven’t had any for two months. It seems like ok only two months but when you have lived with this for years two months is a life time. This is amazing and I’m buying another bottle. This will be forever my go to.
