At Earnest Remedies LLC, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product we make. Due to the nature of our skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To report a damaged or missing item, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged package or product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing item.
